The Atlantic Index gained over 1,500 points to stand at 25,882, the second highest level since the beginning of
the year. Transatlantic round voyage earnings for 172k dwt increased by $10,000/day to $120,000/day, while
fronthaul time charter earnings rose by $5,000/day to 175,000/day. Vale announced that Itaguai port has
resumed its operations at its regular annual shipload capacity of 25 Mt of iron ore.
