We,
Low current Telecommunication Joint Stock Company (LTC), are one of 3 biggest
companies in the field of Telecommunications manufacturing, installation and
construction, and equipments trading in Vietnam. We were privatized in 2000 and
in 2006, our securities was listed in Vietnam stock market.

this moment, our company includes five affiliated enterprises and three
representative offices nationwide, and two affiliated joint-venture companies,
of which one has a factory manufacturing fiber optical cable and accessories.

Company Background
In
1989, the Company was established under the name of Low Current Technical
Telecommunication Center. In 2000, it was changed to the current name according
to the Decision No.939/QD TCBD, dated October 11st, 2000 by Director
of General Directorate of Vietnam National Posts and Telecommunications
Service.
As a member of Vietnam
Posts and Telecommunications Corporation Group (VNPT) operating in
investment, installation and construction in the field of post and
telecommunication, informatics, etc; and in manufacturing and trading
fiber-optic cable and accessories, Low Current Telecommunication Joint Stock
Company has affirmed its steady position and sound reputation in the national
market for almost 20 years.

Products and Services Lines
LTC
develops and provides technical products, solutions, and professional services
primarily for telecommunications operators and large enterprises. The company's
main activities include:
· Manufacturing and supplying fiber optical cable.
· Exporting, importing and trading technical equipment,
spare parts, and material in Telecommunication.
· Installing and constructing various works such as
telecom, electricity, informatics, civil and industrial construction.
· Consulting and surveying in low current
telecommunication, refrigeration, electricity, electronics, and informatics.
· Designing and setting up total estimate costs of
works: telecommunication construction projects, telecom and post, networking.
· Investing, installing and constructing and renting
telecom infrastructure and renting telecom equipment services.
Personnel and Structure
As
result of the large growth of LTC, until now, LTC has total 600 personnel, of
which 9 with Doctor and Master degrees; 146 graduated, 180 under-graduated, and
over 250 skilled workers.
The Chairman
of the Board of Management, Director
of LTC is Mr. Nguyen Quoc Khanh. He
got Doctor Degree with a trainee course at Electronics and Telecommunications
Research Institute, Republic of Korea, and now taking Master of Business
Administration coursed by University of Hawaii, United States, in Ha Noi, Viet
Nam. Beside his academic study, Khanh has striven for excellence in his career
with strong experience in organizing and building the new generation of
Telecommunication network and he has become a famous entrepreneur in trading
Electronic Telecommunications field. Khanh has worked in many fields such as
technical management, project management for Viet Nam Posts and
Telecommunications (VNPT) in Vietnam.
Mr. Pham
Thanh Tan, Vice Director of LTC, got 2 Bachelor Degrees in Physics and Law,
and now doing Master Degree at Vietnam Institute of Post and Telecommunications
Technology. He has sound experience in trading, technical management and
business management.
In the field of manufacturing fiber optical cable, Mr.
Nguyen Tat Dac - Doctor of Telecommunication Technology, Director of Cable and Telecommunication
Equipment, JSC – completed his Doctor study and dissertation in Federal Republic of Germany. He has in-depth experience
in manufacturing as well as trading cable and telecommunication equipments,
especially fiber optical cable and cable devices.
Under the outstanding leadership of BoM and MoD
together with the effort of all company’s staff, LTC has been the leading
member of VNPT in growth rate, and number of projects carried out and on
completion. In 2008, even the global financial crisis had effected to all the
industries and corporations around the world and Vietnam, but LTC still got excellent
result, jumping up to top 3 companies from top 10 in the field of installation
and construction of telecommunication, electricity as well as telecommunication
equipment and fiber optical cable supplying in Vietnam.
LTC has grown up to be a big company from a small
company for 20 years.

LTC
has been privatized since 2005 and has
a rapidly growth rate. In 2006, its capital was US$4 millions; 2007,
increased to US$5.5 millions, account for 42% increase as compared with
previous 2006. In 2008, as required of the expanding in operating and meeting
market demand, LTC has increased its capital to US$9 millions, an 86%
increase compared with 2007 and 164% compared with 2006.
On the other hand, during
operation, LTC has got a lot of Awards from Viet Nam Posts and
Telecommunications for outstanding business operating result as well as from
Viet Nam Trade Union for great contribution of activities of LTC’s staff.
