Foreign Trade Development and Investment announced a personnel change as follows:
- Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Khanh Linh – Deputy Chairman of the Senior management of Fideco as Chairman of the BOD of Fidecoland as from October 11, 2012.
- Approving the resignation of Mr. Tran Thanh Hai - Chairman of the Senior management of Fideco and legal representative of Fidecoland as Director of Fidecoland as from October 11, 2012.
- Mr. Tran Thanh Hai replaced Mr. Nguyen Khanh Linh as Chairman of the BOD of Fidecoland and legal representative of Fidecoland as from October 11, 2012.
- Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Khanh Linh – Deputy Chairman of the Senior management of Fideco as Chairman of the BOD of Fidecoland as from October 11, 2012.
