Huu Lien Asia Corporation (HLA: HLA CORP) has explained the profit increase in quarter 3/2009 as follows:
Inventories at the beginning of the quarter 3/2009 had average cost lower than that in the quarter 1 & 2/2009. Therefore, in production process, the profitability in quarter 3/2009 was higher than that in the quarter 1 & 2/2009.
