The Board of Directors of Transforwarding Warehousing Joint Stock Corporation (Abbreviation name: TRANSIMEX SAIGON, Stock code: TMS) unanimously approved the policy to merge with Saigon Maritime Joint Stock Co. Ltd (Stock code: SHC).

Sai Gon Securities Inc. (SSI) is chosen to be the consulting company for the mergence and to make plans to submit to the General Meeting.
